*If you were previously a Total Connect platform customer, you may have already received communication from us, letting you know we have closed your old account, and have moved your business and your details into a new account number at TotalEnergies. ### Direct Debit

Will my Direct Debts carry over automatically?

Yes, your direct debt will carry over to the TotalEnergies systems automatically.

### Meter Reads

How do I submit a meter read now?

When should I be submitting a meter read?

### Can I still access my Total Connect portal?

Yes, however, this access will only be available till the end of February 2024. After February, you will be set up as a new TotalEnergies portal user. Within your new portal, you will be able to access your invoices using your new account number.

Am I able to access my old invoices still?

Yes, you will still be able to log into your customer portal up till the end of February and view your old invoices. Within your Total Connect portal, we recommend you take the time to download your old invoices. Access to new invoices?

If we held an email address with Total Connect, you should soon receive your new log in details in an email. To log in please use this [link here](https://business.totalenergies.uk/quick-links/contact-information). If you encounter any problems, please use our Webchat function.

If I paid by BACS, how do I pay now?
