Can I still access my Total Connect portal?

Yes, however, this access will only be available till the end of February 2024. After February, you will be set up as a new TotalEnergies portal user. Within your new portal, you will be able to access your invoices using your new account number.

Am I able to access my old invoices still?

Yes, you will still be able to log into your customer portal up till the end of February and view your old invoices. Within your Total Connect portal, we recommend you take the time to download your old invoices.
