You have two options to do this:

1 Just one signature required? this is the easiest way - simply log onto your online Account and follow the Direct Debit option from the main menu. From here, follow the on-screen instructions.

More than one signature required? Download and print the PDF Direct Debit mandate form. Then email us a completed scanned version to support@connect.total.co.uk.

We will state on your monthly invoice when we expect to take the money out of your account.  Sometimes this may happen a day or so after this date due to reasons outside of our control. 

The amount that we are debiting from your account will be detailed on your invoice, but should you feel there is a discrepancy and the money has already been taken please notify your bank for an immediate money back guarantee. You can then get in touch with our team via webchat using your online account or email us support@connect.total.co.uk

You can pay your invoice by Debit or Credit Card. Please call us on 01737 854766 to make your payment.

If paying by BACS, please ensure that you email a remittance advice to support@connect.total.co.uk. This must clearly state your Account Number , the amount paid and your Bank Account Number.  

Direct debit is the easiest way for you to pay your final bill so it is advisable to leave your direct debit active until this has been claimed. Please check the bottom of your invoice to make sure that it is the final bill.
